US DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, Parkersburg, West Virginia
Implemented a travel management solution to consolidate department travel management to the Office of Public Debt’s (OPD) Administrative Resource Center (ARC).
Delivered the plan for an organizational change management initiative to consolidate the Shared Services operations of Office of Public Debt, in West Virginia and the Fiscal Management Service, in Maryland under the new Bureau of Fiscal Service.
US FOREST SERVICE, Washington, DC
Delivered an independent assessment supporting a US Forest Service data center consolidation initiative, including analysis of the data center migration execution plan, analysis of a proposed IT service management implementation plan, and a service management capabilities assessment.
Recommendations resulted in a projected $40M reduction in operating expenses over 5 years.
US DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, Alexandria, Virginia
Assumed performance control of USDA Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) Agency’s LAN / WAN IT infrastructure support contract. Achieved 100% reduction of IT service incidents by implementing change management process and supporting tools to mitigate risk of service outages.
US DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, Herndon, VA
Established and executed plan to build an enterprise wide area network , with supporting network operations center, for the US Department of Interior (DOI).
Efforts resulted in consolidation, of multiple disparate bureau data centers, into a centrally managed department-level Enterprise Service Center (ESC) which centralized the IT change process and authority over 100% of IT investment decisions.
